I started my reading journey right at the end of 6th grade. Before that, my mom would force me to read so I could stay within my grades comprehension level and I absolutely hated reading. Then something clicked in me at the end of 6th grade and now I read every single day and reading is now my escape.
Reading means the world to me and the past few years have been personally very rough so I decide to create a bookstagram February 2020 to show my love of reading and to meet fellow readers. I was never a big reviewer of books so I deleted my old goodreads account, made a new one and now I'm trying to become a regular reviewer.
Then in May, I went ahead and accomplished another one of my bookish goals and created my own blog. In October I completed yet another one by co-founding the Dark Hearts Book Club with a great booksta friend! My next goal is to one day have a bookish podcast! Although that one won't be for another few years.
